Eli Y. Meltzer, AIA, joins Meltzer/Mandl Architects, P.C., serving beside his architect/developer father, Marvin H. Meltzer, AIA, who founded the firm in 1995 with late partner, David Mandl. The firm has since designed approximately 12,000 units of affordable and market-rate housing in the New York City area.
