This 26-unit mixed-use development merges the transferable development rights from a series of contiguous lots to create a 13-story tower. The three interlocking tiers of the tower include three-, four- and five-bedroom units that range in size from 1,870-3,100 SF each. 16,000 SF of medical offices as well as parking for 58 vehicles at and below grade are provided. Additional amenities include a pool, storage and a series of rooftop terraces.

The structure is comprised of a reinforced concrete frame that incorporates a vision glass window wall system. This yielded greater overall flexibility with ceiling heights and the exterior façade than a bearing wall block and plank system.
